Our purpose built smoke house is kept busy producing and extensive array of products.

This includes smoking Chicken, Salmon, Haddock and other fish, Game when in season and much pork for bacon and ham.

At Leech's we use time-honoured traditional methods for smoking our products. This includes an initial curing stage, a drying stage and the smoking stage. The whole process takes time but gives a superb natural flavour.
