Our cooked meats are cooked on the premises on a daily basis.

Where the products are cured and smoked this is done in weekly batches prior to cooking. This guarantees a freshness that is usually not obtainable as logistics dictate products are a certain age when they get to the shelf/display and generally have additional controls to further their shelf-life.

Only the finest quality salamis are sourced and sliced at point of sale for optimum freshness.
