We have a pick-of-the-catch selection of available fresh fish every Thursday with catch coming regularly from Cornwall and other sea areas.

We also have fresh farmed salmon which is sent overnight
from Scotland's oldest independent salmon farmer in
Wester Ross, this is Sushi grade fish and is quite stunning
in quality. This is used for production
of our smoked salmon and also for fresh salmon sales.
We also have a range of superb quality fishcakes and
fish pie which incorporate a wide variety of fish to
give true flavour - we are confident you will not taste
better. If you are after a whole salmon for a party
or just a couple of fillets for a nice healthy meal,
you need look no further.
