Our lamb is sourced from a farm on the on the outskirts of our local town Royston.
Lamb is hung for around one to two weeks prior to cutting.
As you drive past and see sheep in the fields in this area, the chances are they are from Thrift Farm. Robert has a 2000 ewe flock of lambs giving a superb choice to pick our weekly selection.
