Leech & sons are different from the rest though, as
it is our policy is to manufacture as much as we can
in-house, with passion and without compromise!
This gives us full control, literally, from farm-to-fork,
pasture-to-pantry. Making our hand crafted products
quite unique, in this age of mass production techniques
and high food miles.
The result of this is guaranteed quality, freshness,
consistency with full traceability, ensuring a quality
of which we/you cannot obtain elsewhere.
For those products we must outsource, we only stock
the best we can obtain.
